Nick Klementzos is a retired restauranteur who loves shooting and a tireless workhorse for GSL Defense Training. He’s super nice, incredibly smart – particularly about guns – and has a great sense of humor. That’s why we call him “Uncle Nick”. (He says he’s good looking too, but we’ll leave that up to the ladies to decide.)
Nick’s got a killer meatloaf recipe and enough training certificates to wallpaper his entire house. He is an expert shooter on about every platform with both hands.
He’s one of the handful of people to shoot a perfect 300 on the challenging Lethal Force Institute qualification. He’s attended training from many, if not most of the nationally-known shooting schools and is an armorer for more guns than most South American dictatorships have in their arsenals. He brings all those skills to GSL Defense Training courses to share with students, helping them not only with their skills, but with their gear.
He excels at teaching those with disabilities, helping them overcome their individual issues to become good shooters. He makes nervous shooters feel at ease and can make even the most seasoned shooter better.
He’s also an NRA-certified Basic Pistol and Personal Protection in the Home instructor and has been teaching with GSL Defense Training for several years now.
